This page sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the website guidemoldova.com, as well as the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, digital access and returns for the products sold through the website.

By accessing the website, placing an order or making an online payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

On the checkout page, the Customer must tick the box confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with the online payment.

Through this website, the Seller offers editorial products dedicated to tourism, culture and the discovery of the Republic of Moldova, in particular the Official Tourism Guide to the Republic of Moldova.

The products available on the website may include:

1. physical products — printed books delivered physically to the Customer;
2. digital products — digital books / eBooks / PDF files or other digital materials delivered electronically.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the information displayed on the website, including product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery conditions and these Terms and Conditions. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2. Products Offered

2.1. Physical Product — Printed Book

The physical product sold on the website is the Official Tourism Guide to the Republic of Moldova, in printed format.

The printed book may be available in the following languages:

• Romanian;
• English.

The product page will include information about:

• approximate dimensions;

The digital product sold on the website is the digital version of the Official Tourism Guide to the Republic of Moldova, available as an eBook, PDF file or another electronic format indicated on the product page.

The digital book may be available, now or in the future, in the following languages:

• Romanian;
• English;
• French;
• Italian.

The digital product does not require physical delivery. Access to the product is provided electronically after payment confirmation, through one of the following methods:

• download link;
• delivery by email;
• access through a user account;
• another method indicated on the website.

For digital products, the Customer must have a compatible device capable of opening the file, such as a phone, tablet, laptop, computer or e-reader compatible with the format indicated on the product page.

The Customer is responsible for checking before purchase whether their device can open the digital format offered.

3. Protection of Personal Data

For the processing of orders, the Seller may collect and process the following personal data:

• delivery address, in the case of physical products;

5. Placing an Order

The Customer may place an online order by selecting the desired product, completing the required information and confirming the order on the website.

Before finalizing the order, the Customer must check:

• the type of product: physical or digital;

• the quantity, in the case of physical products;

• delivery address, in the case of physical products;

The order is considered placed after the order form has been completed and the payment has been confirmed, in the case of online paid orders.

If an already paid order is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded to the Customer in accordance with the banking procedures and timeframes applicable to the payment processor.

6. Payment Methods

Products may be paid for online by bank card, through the payment system available on the website.

Other payment methods may also be available if they are indicated on the website.

Product prices may be displayed in Moldovan lei / MDL or euro / EUR, depending on the product, market or available language version. The applicable currency is expressly indicated on each product page before the order is finalized.

The final price of the order is displayed before payment confirmation.

For physical products, the delivery cost may be displayed separately if it is not included in the product price.

For digital products, no physical delivery fee applies.

7. Delivery Conditions for Physical Products

Physical products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Moldova by courier, postal service or another delivery service indicated on the website.

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on the location, product availability and the schedule of the delivery service.

The delivery cost is displayed separately before the order is finalized, if it is not included in the product price.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

The Seller is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer.

Upon receipt of the package, the Customer should check the integrity of the packaging and the product.

If the product is damaged or the package shows visible signs of damage, the Customer must contact the Seller as soon as possible at:

8. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are not delivered physically.

After payment confirmation, the Customer receives access to the digital product through one of the following methods:

• download link;
• email with instructions;
• access through a user account;
• another method indicated on the website.

Digital delivery is usually carried out automatically or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.

The Customer is responsible for entering a correct email address. The Seller is not responsible for the inability to deliver the digital product if this is caused by an incorrect email address entered by the Customer.

If the Customer does not receive access to the digital product after payment confirmation, they must contact the Seller at:

9. Return Policy for Physical Products

The Customer may request the return of a physical product if the product is returned in good condition, without damage and without visible signs of use.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• it must be in new condition;
• it must not be damaged;
• it must show no signs of use;
• it must be returned together with proof of purchase;
• it must be properly packaged for transport.

The Customer must notify the Seller of the intention to return the product at:

In the return notification, the Customer must indicate:

• first name and last name;
• order number;
• product being returned;
• reason for return;
• contact details.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, except where the delivered product is incorrect, damaged or not in conformity with the order.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the product using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Delivery costs may not be refunded, except where the return is caused by an error of the Seller.

10. Return Policy for Digital Products

Digital products, including digital books, PDF files, eBooks or other materials delivered electronically, cannot be returned after download, access or transmission to the Customer, except in cases provided by applicable law.

By purchasing a digital product and confirming the order, the Customer accepts that the product will be delivered electronically and that, after access or download, the return can no longer be requested for reasons related to a change of mind or withdrawal from the purchase.

If the digital product cannot be accessed due to technical reasons attributable to the Seller, the Customer must contact the Seller at:

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including by resending the link, granting new access or offering an equivalent solution.

If the digital product delivered is incorrect, incomplete or not in conformity with the description, the Customer may request that the situation be remedied.

11. Copyright and Use of Digital Products

All texts, images, graphic elements, names, editorial structure and content of the products presented on the website belong to the Seller or its partners, as applicable.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, reselling, transmitting to third parties or using the content commercially without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.

The purchase of a physical or digital book grants the Customer a right of personal use only. It does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, publish or commercialize the content.

In the case of digital products, the Customer is not allowed to distribute the purchased file on websites, social networks, file-sharing platforms, online groups or any other public or private channels.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Seller makes efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the website is correct and up to date.

However, errors may occur in wording, updates, price display or product availability.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services, technical issues of the payment processor, errors of communication operators, technical problems of email service providers or force majeure events.

The tourism information included in the guide is provided for informational purposes and may change over time. Opening hours, fees, access conditions, addresses, contact details or other practical information may be changed by third parties without prior notice.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
